Being added to my blacklist means you may never commission/gain any artwork from me, not allowed to own any characters made by me, and your name will be publicly displayed on a blacklist board so other people are warned about your behavior.

Breaking ANY terms of my T.O.S will result you in being blacklisted.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

You will be expected to have first read my TOS and understand my general commission prices.

You CAN post/display my work on social medias but only as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may NOT claim my work as your own.

You may use the Artwork for personal use (Ex: profile pictures, phone/computer wallpapers, and personal website, profile displays, etc.)

You reserve the right to print/create a physical reproduction of the artwork commissioned as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

In the case of commissioning a custom character, you have the rights to the character design.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base" or any other media.

You are NOT authorized to heavily reference any of my artwork.

You are required to contact me if you wish to cancel the commission.

This TOS is still expected to be followed and is still in effect even if the client has commissioned and/or received artwork(s) from me before.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including your side accounts.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering of the commission.

This privacy request allows me to know that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media and am I not allowed to stream/make videos of the process of the commission anywhere.

I have the right to post your finished artwork on my social medias for any reason. (Unless told and agreed on otherwise).

Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission, harassment to rush the commission, or any general hateful motives are not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments, inappropriate language, aggression, etc. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.

I reserve the right to decline any idea or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason or if the commission is canceled by the client.

If the commission is cancelled i have the right to reuse the sketch/pose for my own personal art or another commission

Once the sketch for the commission is approved full payment must be sent, unless a payment plan is discussed and agreed upon.

I will NOT accept unclear, shaded, and/or unfinished reference sheets

AFTER payment is sent the maximum wait time to receive the finished commission is one month. If it takes me longer i will message you to inform you of the extended wait time (Depending on the time it takes me to finish the commission it might be longer). Updates of the progress will be sent during this time.

You have the option to send pose/expression reference(s) or a description in the beginning of the commission if you wish for the your commission to look a certain way OR i can have creative freedom over the commission.

Do not ask for me to copy EXACT poses/expressions from previous commissions or any of my artworks. You may ask for the commission to look like a previous artwork or get inspiration from it but just not an exact replica.

PLEASE DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR CHANGES IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED OF THE SKETCH, I want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the sketch, once its approved and line art is in progress you cant change it.

I will send progress pictures to update you of each stage of the process (sketch, line art, colors, etc).

If you wish to upload the finished commission to Toyhouse I can transfer the artwork for you to your Toyhouse for proper credit.

you send the payment after you are satisfied with the base sketch and color patterns of the character.

I have the right to refuse your ideas for a custom character if I find it offensive, uncomfortable, inappropriate, etc.

the character CANT be sold for more then the amount you purchased it with UNLESS you added value. (added art, physical items, etc)

you HAVE to add credit to me for the design.

If you are going to put the character on Toyhouse I can transfer the character to you for proper credit.

If you are busy, have important/last minute event(s) going on in your personal life, which will make you take time or not respond to my messages for however long, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE DISAPPEARING.

If there is an emergency at any point, it's understandable, and I'm willing to wait. Just don't leave without telling me otherwise because i wont know why you're gone and I will consider it ghosting.

If there is NO explanation and NO response back within 2 months I will be sending a warning text, if after the warning there is still no response by the end of the 3rd month i will be considering it ghosting, you will then be immediately added to the blacklist and i will cancel and refund the commission.
